LSU Health partners with parents and family members to directly impact and enhance the daily student experience. We accomplish this through encouraging parent philanthropy, engaging donors through leadership councils and hosting events.

Each year parents and family members contribute to the student experience through annual and major gifts. Their support provides critical funding for student research, faculty recruitment and retention, innovative programming, enhanced learning facilities and access to state-of-the-art simulation laboratories. Parents and family members also support campus wide priorities by making gifts to endowments to support scholarships and university initiatives.

Donations are distributed according to your wishes and are overseen by the LSU Health Foundation – the University’s premier nonprofit organization that plays an essential role in sustaining and enhancing the excellence of LSU Health.
