LSU Health New Orleans and the LSU Health Foundation are working together to build a state-of-the-art student housing complex to serve the six schools at LSU Health New Orleans. Student housing is more than just a place to stay. It is a comfortable and welcoming space where our students can live, study, learn, and grow while enjoying the advantage of a dynamic and diverse university setting right at their doorstep. The LSU Health Student Living Center project is 100% funded and allows for meaningful philanthropy that will directly support our students, faculty, and community.
The LSU Health Foundation is building a state-of-the-art living center where students can focus on studies while enjoying access to an assortment of amenities designed for a higher quality of student life and opportunity for personal growth.

The LSU Health Foundation New Orleans Excellence Endowment funds projects like the new Student Housing Center and Memorial Park, supports student organizations, attracts top faculty, and sponsors events that fund research and physicians. Endowed gifts are different in that the original gift is never spent but permanently invested while the earnings are used to support the goals of LSU Health. Support of the endowment is essential to maintaining LSU Health’s academic excellence and fiscal stability.
